This document provides an orientation for a human anatomy laboratory. It lists the objectives of becoming familiar with anatomical terminology including regional body terms, body cavities, directional terms, and body planes. It then defines each of these terms over several pages with references to figures and tables in the textbook. The terminology covers terms for the axial body, appendicular body, body cavities and regions, directional descriptors, and body planes.
