YOU’RE NOT A STRANGER HERE – We welcome all visitors and friends for our regular worship
services on Thursday (12:15 pm and 7 pm, Traditional) and Sunday (7:45 am and 10:45 am
Traditional; 9:15 am Praise). These service times will continue through the summer. Please let us
know you were here; fill out the Fellowship Pad (it’s in the pew rack) with today’s date, name,
address, phone #, etc.
WHAT ABOUT THE CHILDREN? – Children’s Worship bulletins are available in the Narthex. The
cry room is just off the Narthex behind the sound board; please ask an usher if you need assistance.
Please ask your children to not use the Rite of Fellowship pads and Communion cards for scribbling
or drawing. Take a few extra children’s bulletins if needed by your child during service.
PRESCHOOL – Thanks and praise to God, our 3- and 4-year-old Preschool programs are filled;
waiting lists have been started. To be placed on the waiting list, please call Michelle in the office at
468-4065.
ONE BIKE, TWO BIKE… – Do you have a bike (or two or three) in your garage or shed that your kids
have outgrown or no longer use? The youth are currently collecting used bikes to restore and sell to
2. help raise funds for the National Youth Gathering next summer. You may be able to claim the value of
your donation(s) on your 2009 taxes! Call Michelle at 468-4065 with questions.
PLAY BALL! – We lost our 1st game…25 to 16… but it was a beautiful evening and everyone had a
great time. We expect to come back strong in two weeks (no game Memorial weekend). As always I
want to thank the players and fans who support our fellowship and we always look forward to seeing
more folks at the games to cheer us on. Come on May 31 at 6:45 pm for another great game and

VBS DEADLINE IS TODAY!! – VBS at Our Saviour this year will be led by Camp Luther. Come and
join the fun…June 29-July 2 from 9 to 12. Forms and a basket for completed forms can be found by

JUST FOR YUTES – The Youth Bible Study group will meet today in the Youth Room after the 9:15
am worship service to discuss common questions that people have about Creation and the Flood of
Genesis. For more info, contact Pastor Greg (contact information is above). Snacks are provided!
LISTEN UP! – The church’s new website NOW HAS sermons online, accessible from anywhere in
the world, 24-7 thanks to YOU!! Tell your friends, bookmark the link and listen to the sermon when if
you miss church. Sermons will be ready by the Monday AFTER the service.

PEEK-A-BOOK – Have you seen any stray books in your house? Mixed up with school stuff or
DVD's? Under the couch? In the fridge? Please bring back to OSLC Library so others can read
them, too; they’ve been gone more than 3 months after being checked out just once! Author Melody

JOIN US TWICE ON SUNDAY! – Attend your favorite Sunday service and Bible study, too! How?
Classes will meet at 9:35 am and 10:35 am on Sundays allowing you to worship before or after class.

Progress will include five sessions ending on June 21; Coffee Talk is an in depth discussion of the

SCHEDULE CHANGE – Due to scheduling issues, there will be no Pastor-led Adult Bible Class next
week Sunday, May 31. The Revelation and Youth Bible studies will be held as usual.

CAN YOU SPONSOR A STUDENT? – Many students who want to attend NEW Lutheran High
School in the fall do not have the financial resources to do so. We are looking for volunteers who
might be interested in sponsoring a student or a portion of a student's tuition. If you are interested,

SUMMER CAMP 2009! – There is still time to register for Summer Camp 2009! Go to our secure

1st-3rd graders. It gives them an independent camp experience in a shortened version! IMPACT is a

Camp Luther this summer!
