continue through the summer. Please let us know you were here; fill out the Fellowship Pad (it’s in the pew rack)
with today’s date, name, address, phone #, etc.
WHAT ABOUT THE CHILDREN? – Today is the last day for Sunday School and the nursery. During the 9:15 am
service, 2nd graders will receive Bibles and 3rd graders will receive Small Catechisms in church. Children’s Worship
bulletins will continue to be available in the Narthex during the summer months. The cry room is just off the
Narthex behind the sound board; please ask an usher if you need assistance.
STILL THINKING OF ENROLLING? – Thanks and praise to God…our 3- and 4-year-old PS morning programs are
filled; a waiting list has been started. We are considering an afternoon Preschool class, so please call the office to
get on the waiting list and/or let us know if you are interested in a PM class. We can also accept more children in
our afternoon 4/5K program. Call 468-3596 for more information or enrollment forms.
WALKING WITH THE SAVIOUR – Join us again today for the study on the book, Pilgrims Progress. We will be
meeting in the Parlor at both 9:35 and 10:35am. Come to either session. No book needed! Maybe we can get more
cookies because we are closer to the coffee bar? Come and join us as we learn about our walk with the Saviour
through some of life's struggles.
2. READY, SET, ROLLING! – Do you have a bike (or two or three) in your garage or shed that your kids have
outgrown or no longer use? The youth are currently collecting used bikes to restore and sell to help raise funds for
the National Youth Gathering next summer. You may be able to claim the value of your donation(s) on your 2009
taxes! Call Michelle at 468-4065 with questions.
IT’S FINALLY GAME TIME! – The OSLC Softball team opens their season tonight at 6:45 pm at John Muir Field
(top). Come to cheer them on. Bring a chair and your voice! All ages welcome!!
JUST FOR YUTES – The Youth Bible Study group will meet today in the Youth Room after the 9:15 am worship
service (approximately 10:25am) to discuss common questions that people have about Creation and the Flood of
Genesis. For more info, contact Pastor Greg (contact information is above). Snacks are provided!
LISTEN UP! – The church’s new website will soon have sermons online, accessible from anywhere in the world, 24-7
thanks to YOU!! A DVR will soon be set up and the first sermon recorded and downloaded to the website.
