Abstract
This report investigates the changing nature of organisations, the impact organisational culture has on
projects, as well as the management of multiple diverse stakeholders. The discussion explores
frameworks and methodologies and how it can be used effectively within corporations to minimize
disruption and gain maximum acceptance from key decision makers. This is achieved by examining
the requirements for delivering a successful project and taking a closer look at the impact of culture
within the enterprise. The argument is extended to include the implications on stakeholders and
project team management that results from these changes.

Prejudice. Prejudice is a preconceived judgement or opinion, usually based on limited information

Non-Unionized Workplace Benefits
I would rather be part of a non unionized workplace. While there are certainly many benefits of
working as a member of a union, I enjoy having the freedom of being independent of the union. I
would prefer to negotiate the my own workplace contract because I know my worth as an employee, I
know both my assets and my liabilities, and can work to get the contract most suited to my needs. I

Every bus, streetcar and subway stopped providing service to the 2,731,571 people who live in
Toronto. While the strike was a legal action, Amalgamated Transit Union (ATU) failed to provide a 48
