EXPERIENCE PROFILE
Presently working in M/s.CCL Products ( India) Ltd.,.Guntur, Since July – 13 to till date. As a Sr.HR-Executive
& Admin. CCL Products company established in the year 1994 and commenced its commercial operations in
the year 1995. CCL Products are a profit making, Export Oriented Unit (“EOU”), with the ability to import
green coffee into India from any part of the world, and export the same to any part of the world, free of all
duties. We manufacture Soluble Instant Spray Dried Coffee Powder, Spray Dried Agglomerated / Granulated
Coffee, Freeze Dried Coffee, as well as Freeze Concentrated Liquid Coffee.
Previously worked as Management Trainee at M/s NSL Textiles Ltd (Nov-2011 To Jun 13), Guntur,
Major Responsibilities & Job Description:
4.9 Years Experience in Manufacturing Industry, I am handling the following HR Policies, Statutory
compliance / Legal compliances, Industrial Relations, Liasioning, Employee Relations
/Welfare, Recreations, Wages & Benefits, Training, Time Office & Payroll, HR-Audit,
Joining formalities, HR Data & Documentation, Labour laws, AP HR and General
Administration.
HUMAN RESOURCES
1. Manpower planning and analysis as per the requirement of departments and
analyze the utilization of manpower.
2. Involving in recruitment of Workmen grade at plant level.
3. Employee’s joining formalities, maintaining and updating the employee files
and documentation in ERP
4. Conducting the induction training program for newly joined employees.
5. Performance management system - KRA, KPI appraisal for periodically and
annually.
6. To look after the training calendar and co-ordinate the training programs
7. Responsible for Payroll and Time office functions like payroll process, Leave
administration
8. Preparation of monthly HR MIS and send to Corporate Office.
HR POLICY
1. Implemented HR policies like Disciplinary actions, Shop floor violations,
Absenteeism policy and etc.
2. Stringent implementation of HR policies like Leave rules, Accident reports,
Disciplinary, Shift timings, Brake timings, Canteen timings, Full and final
clearance, Transport timings, Employee suggestion schemes, HR help desk
issues and etc.
3. Grievances handling in shop floor, related to the Workmen as well as supervisors
4. Dealing with annual HR-Audits like B.R.C & IFS & HACCP and maintain the all
documents
STATUTORY AND LEGAL COMPLIANCES
1. Responsible for all statutory and legal compliances applicable to Factory as per
A.P state.
2. Maintaining the statutory registers whichever is applicable to the factory.
3. Liasioning the Factories and Labor department works as and when require in
order with submission of Annul & Half Yearly Returns and other factory related
works.
4. Inspection of legal compliance with Govt. bodies of Inspector of Factories, Labour
Dept., EPF, ESI, Fire Dept and Pollution control board etc.
5. Strictly implementation and monitoring the timely payment of EPF & ESI challan
remittances for all Contractors as well as Organization.
6. Gratuity and Bonus calculations and disbursement.
7. Followed the Minimum wages and VDA (Variable Dearness Allowance)
calculations.
8. Monitoring the contract Labour compliances.
9. Assisting to Legal cases in order with termination of employment, property tax
payment.
IR & EMPLOYEE RELATIONS:
1. Recreation programmes, annual celebrations and employee retirement benefits.
2. Build up Employee relations with new activities like.
3. Employee connect – Area get together for workmen along with supervisor /
incharge.
4. Introduced HR Help Desk at shop floor level for better communication and
relation.
5. Conductance of Sports meets on National holidays.
6. Monitoring the Welfare amenities of Uniform, Shoe, LTA (P.P.E) other Annual
benefits.
7. Regular monitoring the Works committee issues and Canteen committee and
Safety committee Grievances.
ADMINISTRATIVE & WELFARE FUNCTIONS
1. Monitoring the regular activities of Canteen facilities.
2. Monitoring the Corporate Social Responsibility (C.S.R) activities.
3. Organizing Cultural Programmes like Annul Day, Ayuda Pooja etc...
4. In charge of Company administration for House Keeping, Transports, water, Security arrangement,
Telephone, Travel & Tour etc..
5. Visitor handling (Foreign & Local) – Transportation arrangement, Hotel booking, Lunch arrangement,
etc…..
6. Implementing Welfare activities,
7. Handling Suggestion Scheme.
8. Lean Implementation – People Empowerment, Suggestion, Employee Turn Over, Absenteeism,
Safety etc...
9. Grievance handling & counseling.
10. Designing of New HR related forms & implementation.
11. Conductance of Health camps like General health checkup, Eye checkup,Blood camp,and etc..
RECRUITMENT
1. Preparation of JD with HOD’s, CV Screening, Conducting preliminary interviews,
2. Preparation of Appointment letter for different categories of employment,
3. Arrangement of Induction / Orientation Programme for new joining.
4 Maintaining & Updating employees personal files,
5 Preparation of Promotion letter, increment letter, & confirmation letter etc...

Implemented HR policies like Disciplinary actions, Shop floor violations, Absenteeism policy and etc. 2. Stringent implementation of HR policies like Leave rules, Accident reports, Disciplinary, Shift timings, Brake timings, Canteen timings, Full and final clearance, Transport timings, Employee suggestion schemes, HR help desk issues and etc. 3. Grievances handling in shop floor, related to the Workmen as well as supervisors 4. Dealing with annual HR-Audits like B.R.C & IFS & HACCP and maintain the all documents STATUTORY AND LEGAL COMPLIANCES 1. Inspection of legal compliance with Govt. bodies of Inspector of Factories, Labour Dept., EPF, ESI, Fire Dept and Pollution control board etc. 5. Strictly implementation and monitoring the timely payment of EPF & ESI challan remittances for all Contractors as well as Organization. 6. Gratuity and Bonus calculations and disbursement. 7. Followed the Minimum wages and VDA (Variable Dearness Allowance) calculations. 8. Monitoring the contract Labour compliances. 9. Assisting to Legal cases in order with termination of employment, property tax payment. IR & EMPLOYEE RELATIONS: 1. Recreation programmes, annual celebrations and employee retirement benefits. 2.
