 Getting approvals from NE reviewer team.
 Once getting the NE approval generating the word files from NE-Tool.
 Collecting all the necessary documents (i.e. NE-Word file, Visio Mop, approvals, BOQ, CUL)
to submit for technical and financial approval from STC reviewers.
 Once getting the design Mop approval Instructing implementation team to work on the site
according to STC procedure.
 Preparation of PAT document and after the PAT clearance on site, performing the
preparation and submission for PAC.
 Preparation of As-Built Mops on NE-Tool and Visio and again getting approval of technical
and financial from STC reviewers.
