Job Responsibilities :-
Working as Deputy Manager -HRD for its Lucknow U.P branch with direct reporting to GM-Operations of the
unit and functionally reporting to the Director-HR at Bangalore Head Office.
Responsible for smooth function of Statutory Compliance like Provident Fund, ESIC, Minimum Wage ,

office at Bangalore and implemented Attendance Bio Metric Machine and payroll software(Microsoft

Handling day-to-day HR operations in the capacity of HR Coordinator with a direct reporting to the
Human Resources Manager;
Independent handling & preparation of Payroll utilizing an ERP package being RAMCO Payroll
System. Was also been provided with the opportunity of being formally trained at the Divisional Head
Quarter.
Entrusted with liasoning with governmental offices of Provident Fund & Employee State Insurance Scheme,
Verification of adherence of various labor related statutory compliances including Provident Fund & Employee
State Insurance Scheme, Contract Regulation Act, Minimum Wages Act, Equal Compensation Act, Shops &
