 Complete the recruitment and selection process for all positions (Contract and Perm) up to and including
JG 11
 Entering new employees and loading their engagement packs on the HR Premier
 Booking candidates for Vetting
 Administration of Psychometric Test (IMI, IP200 & COPAS)
 Draft interview guides as required, submitting to the Regional HRBP for standardization and final
approval before use

 Leave forms and supporting documents
 Maintain confidentiality of information and documentation at all times in accordance with
company and legislative standards and policies.
 Administer all transactional admin as per mandate(engagements, terminations and internal
transfer) for one’s centre
 Resolve queries relating to employee benefits and payslips timeously and with
professionalism

Training and Development
 Booking Training facilitators to do Pre-selection for new recruits candidates
 Calling candidates for Pre-selection
 Checking validation of Trainees Psira grades before they start training
 Receiving weekly report from training Dept. for unsuccessfulcandidates so that I can terminate them
on the system
Time and Attendance (Kronos System)
 Responsible for the completeness and accuracy of timecards on Kronos for respective centre/s in
accordance with Company legislative standards,policies and procedures.
 Audits pay rules in conjunction with employment contract and escalate discrepancies.
 Adhere to Kronos deadlines for sign-off on timecards.
 Enroll new employees on the Kronos system.
 Monitor daily attendance and pulling out absenteeismreports on a daily basis
 Print Timecards for the employees
 Pulling out overtime report on a weekly basis
Leave Management (VIP Premier ESS)
 Accuracy and completeness of data (applicable notes, leave allocations etc.)
 Leave records are maintained and filed
 Leave liability reduction
 Monitoring employee balances to guarantee statutory leave is taken (Leave planning).
 Approval cycles
 Monitor trends of employees and make the necessary recommendations to the Line Managerand
Employee Wellness / IR if applicable as well as absenteeismbut not limited to.
 Effective and timeous resolution of queries related to leave (leave allocations, balances,entitlements,
approval cycles etc.,)

 Support and drive transformation initiatives of the company.
 Verify that the EE Plan is displayed within centre/s.
 Assisting the centre to meet transformation targets (EAP).
