the younger audience.
Gender

balanced between on male and female of the fondness
of techno music.
Psychographic
Primary: Socially Conscious
B
Secondary: Belongers
• When I was researching I found out that there were
songs made in techno to be dark and gloomy when it
came to some night clubs.

that were more upbeat and happy songs that were
made to bring people together.
Social Status
Primary: Middle Class
Secondary: High Class
• When it comes to a majority of people attending a bands or
concerts it was mostly the middle class to them it was more a
leisurely past time.

carter for band members or the concert if for being fans or for
various charities.
Research Evaluation
Research Evaluation
• Give an overview of how you conducted your research. Discuss the
strengths and weaknesses of each method
– Product Research
For the product research I used the internet to look up certain example I could use
for my research from images to the name of bands.
Positive – Thanks to the research, the various images and names of bands and
styles have given me a clear picture of what my product could turn out to be.
Negative – I couldn’t find anything specific regarding a band name that was all
about time travel.
– Questionnaires
Positive – Thanks to all of the response I received from the survey I could make
my product will thinking about what the audience wants to see.
Negative – Some of the results that I collected weren’t the ones I was hoping to
receive.
– Interviews
Positive – Thanks to the answers from the interview it gave me confidents that
the idea of a techno pop band about time travel can work.
Negative – There were some Reponses that had different takes on the ideas of the
band from music style and gerne.
Research Evaluation
– What sort of a response did you get?
• The Reponses I got from the survey have been a mix of
50/50 of expecting what the answers would be and what
they wouldn’t be, from the merchandise to the design.
– How did you distribute your survey? Give an advantage and a disadvantage
• I distribute the survey from a website called survey monkey
and I managed to get more than ten response for my survey.
Advantage – Thanks to the many response I received from the
survey I can now take all their thoughts into consideration before
and making my project.
Disadvantage – some the Reponses I got back had some
different outcomes than what I was hoping for but I could find a
way to some of those elements in.
