You need to sort your ‘labels’ out Scott as is showing you only have 2 things in
pre-production. You are also missing your narrative practice video – please add
this to your preliminary tasks.
1. You have very brief notes on Goodwins theory and have applied this to a
video. However this needs to be much more detailed. Can you identify
the 6 key features and 5 aspects of his theory in the video you chose?

2. You have done some digipak research on your band, your annotations
could be a bit more detailed here. There is no evidence of genre
research – please add this. Genre research now added.
3. Your target audience research is brief. What gender and age are the
target audience of your chosen band? How to you know this? More detail
on clothes, other interests they might have. More detail added.
4. Good annotated lyrics. A post that goes with this to explain your main
idea would help.
5. Some evidence of ideas drafting.
6. Storyboards have now been added. These could be more detailed.
7. Shot list now added.
8. 9. Locations have been chosen but more detail is needed. You have
chosen 2 locations (Moyles Court Sand Hill and the surrounding woods)
could you add annotated floor plans to show where you will film.

example, costume wise you need to ensure your actor is wearing clothes
suitable to the genre you are trying to emulate.

Student action plan for improvement
I have redone my music video analysis to add more detail as well as a second
video analysis. Done
I have edited my production schedule to say when I will edit. Done
I have added slightly more detail to the costumes and actors sections as I have
decided on my other actors. done
Added a bird’s eye view of the area so that it can act as a floor plan. Done ith
annotations of camera position.
