1) Tas kebap is a Turkish meat and rice stew that is prepared by first cutting meat into cubes and frying it, then sautéing onions and adding garlic, flour, tomato sauce, and spices.
2) The meat and sauce mixture simmers for 40 minutes before the fried rice is added.
3) Tas kebap is served with rice in the middle of plates and topped with the meat and sauce.
2. Preparation
1. First we cut the meat into cubes and then we fry it in preheated oil.
2. Once the meat is fried, we take it out and put some finely chopped onion inside the
saucepan.
3. When the onion is fried too we add garlic, flour, red pepper and tomato sauce. Then we pun
in bay leaves, sugar, salt and pepper.
4. After becoming homogeneous mixture, we return the meat back inside the saucepan, pour
some water and leave the saucepan on low heat for about 40 minutes.
5. We fry rice in butter then we pour water and boil it on low heat.
6. It is served in suitable plates. In the middle of each we put rice and pour it with kebap.

perfect thing is tas kebap it is prepared really quickly. You are ten people, so you will need :
-The main products: 1500g stew beef, 4-5 tea cups of rice, 6-7 onions, 5-6 cloves garlic, 6 soup
spoons of flour, 600g tomato sauce and 4 soup spoons of butter;
-Spices: 2 soup spoons paprika, 5-6 pinches salt and 1 soup spoon of black pepper.

it is 52 leva or 26 euros. We also calculated
the price for one portion and it is 2.6 euros.
