  1. 1. 3 December 2015 Preparation In the blender we mix the olive oil, the honey, the mustard and some salt. We place the rest of the ingredients (apart from the pomegranate and the parmesan cheese) in a bowl. We add the mixture with the olive oil and the rest ingredients and garnish with parmesan cheese cut in very thin slices. 1 Ingredients • 1 red lettuce • Some arugula • Some radicchio • Half pomegranate • Parmesan cheese • 1 tablespoon of honey • 4 teaspoons of vinegar (balsamic or apple vinegar) • 1 teaspoon of mustard CAPRICCIOSA SALAD
  2. 2. 3 December 2015 Preparation To make the sandwich we cut the bread lengthwise and place inside all the ingredients. 2 Ingredients • Baguette bread (long thin loaf of F r e n c h b r e a d ) either white or wholegrain (16cm to 20cm long ) • A piece of feta cheese (100gr - 150gr) • 1 tomato medium size • 1-2 lettuce leaves • 2-3 tablespoons olive oil • Oregano • 3-4 black olives SANDWICH FETA CHEESE

We garnish with the feta cheese (or place it on top of the salad), parsley and olive oils.   4. 4. 3 December 2015 Preparation To make the "PITA GYRO" we first cut the meat into small pieces. Then we fry them adding salt, pepper and any seasonings we like. We also fry the potatoes and cut the onion in small slices.
