This document contains recipes for three mushroom-based dishes: 1) A mushrooms omelet made with eggs, mushrooms, ham, garlic, olive oil and milk. The mushrooms are fried with garlic and ham before being added to the eggs. 2) A mushroom quiche made with a pasta crust, mushrooms, chicken ham, cheese, bechamel sauce and eggs. The ingredients are layered in a tart pan before baking. 3) A spaghetti carbonara with mushrooms made with spaghetti, bacon, mushrooms, cream, eggs, cheese, garlic and olive oil. The pasta is cooked and then combined with fried bacon and mushrooms and a cream sauce.
