2. Ingredients
• . Some oil
• . Meat: half of chicken
• . Onion: 1
• . Tomato: 2
• . Pepper : a little bit
• . Rice: 1 glass
• . Chicken stock : ½ l
• . Salt: a little bit
• .water:2 glasses
4. Procedure
• Traditional paella:
1. Take a frying pan and put a little bit of oil.
2. Take the meat and put it in the pan. When it is cooked, remove it.
3. With the same oil we put onion , tomato and pepper and we fry .
When everything is golden , we add the rice and saffron.
5. We pour the chicken stock twice as much as the quantity of the rice ,
we add some salt and after 15 minutes , add the meat and turn the
heat off .
6. Let settle it for 5 minutes .

9. Procedure• 1 . Put water and a little bit of salt to boil and add
the rice for 15 minutes.
• 2. Remove the rice and we put into the colander.
• 3. Put the rice in the plate and put the tomato on the
rice.
• 4 . Fry the egg in the pan.
• 5. Put the egg on the tomato and rice.
