2. The research helped a lot. I looked at different types of sports e-magazines and websites
like Dime which a basketball magazine, I also looked at the wwe website.
This research has been good research because has helped me plan and create my article.
3. Both peer and teacher feedback was helpful because this made think more about what I
was going to do.
With the peer feedback it was more helpful because it helped me understand what to
change and what to keep. This is because coming from my target audience.
The changes made was changing the age of my target audience to 15-18 instead of 13-18.
4. The drafting was successful. This gave me an idea how to use software like InDesign and Adobe
illustrator.
I use the written style and the language well. This helped me plan how I was going to write my actual
article. An example of this is when I'm talking about on of the players and I’m talking about his stats
from the last game.
5. The pre-production did help with time organisation. I was able to take my
pictures early so this helped me because I didn’t have to worry about doing it too
late.
The research into the two articles helped because I was able to get ideas from
different sports e-magazines and make into my own. The two articles I looked at
was wrestling article and a basketball article.
6. It was hard at first using InDesign and adobe illustrator but I was able to use it
after a while.
For InDesign and Photoshop I cropped my pictures to get rid of the background so
the audience eye is not drawn to what happening behind the main person.
Here’s an example of me cropping a picture in Photoshop.
7. For this I look at various e-magazines and paper back magazines. The magazines
I looked at were Dime and Slam basketball magazines.
I hand wrote my notes. I did this to give me an ideas of what to write like talking
about a players stats and advertising the finals.
