2015 – Present Assistant Manager Marketing – Khoshgovar – Bio-Familia
 Headed launch of Bio-Familia, the pioneers of Swiss Muesli in Pakistan.
 Responsible for top line and bottom line growth of the business.
 Developed a three year brand growth plan with respect to sales.
 Researched the market and competition to see feasibility of the muesli in Pakistan.
 Acquired approval for exclusive marketing and distribution rights from the manufacturer for
Pakistan.
 Separate tasting researches were conducted for adults and kids to compare Familia’s products with
competition and identify favorable variants for twenty two available from manufacturer. For adults
the research was conducted at a club. For kids the research was conducted at a school.
 Developed communication strategy with a yearly marketing plan including shelf planogram,
merchandising guidelines and strategies for customer centric retail branding, brand activation, print
and electronic media.
 Lead marketing team with effective campaign development, implementation and communication
strategy for every step of brand development.
 Promoted the brand with brand activation including tasting, engagement activity and interception at
home shelf. Developed and implemented retail branding plan based on market research on
consumer decision making.
