trade.
 Evaluate the potential within the territory, identify distribution gaps & take
corrective actions.
 Create distribution infrastructure by appointing salesman, team leaders &
merchandisers to service assigned territory.
 Plan & budget ‘sales & distribution’ cost for the year & get required approvals for
the same.
 Propose ‘advertising and promotional inputs’ BTL required for the territory.
 Monitor productivity of salesman & avoid out of stock situations.
 Ensure visibility of GPI brands on serviced outlets.
 Maintain inventory of stocks & merchandising items, to avoid OOS.
 Ensure optimum utilization of POS material, avoid wastage completely.
 Execution of trade inputs in line with trade marketing team to facilitate teams in
