I have been looking after business of 31 million cigarettes per month in Retail sale, Mandi W/S and Scattered
W/Sale leading the sales team. I have also worked in different markets of Faisalabad & Jhang area.
Major Responsibilities:
 To executeSales Operation Plan (SOP)among channels on monthly basis.
 To achieve territory sales targets on monthly basis.
 To look after primary and secondary sales of designated distributors.
 Responsible for sales channel performance within the market and take corrective actions accordingly.
 Responsible to keep eye on competition activities in the designated territory.
 Responsible for merchandising related activities in the territory.
 Responsible for Distribution recordsand Financial Evaluation.

planning in the territory and ensured its availability on selected outlets all the time.
 Ensured 94% availability of new brands (NPI) and resolve the conflicts among key w/s and distributor through
successful negotiations.
