Fish
• Fish is an animal that live in the water. Fish
can live in salt water such as sea or fresh water
such as rivers. Fish that live in fresh water
such as carp and live in salt water such as tuna.
• In here we take example of gold fish (
Cyprinus carpio)
Cyprinus carpio has clasification
Kingdom : Animalia
Phylum : Chordata
Class : Osteichthyes
Ordo : Ostariophsi
Family : Cyprinidae
Genus : Cyprinus
Species :Cyprinus carpio
Body Part
elongated body and
little bit thin on the
side
the mouth (oris) is on
the middle top
of terminal
has slimy leather/skin that comes
from mucus gland it’s
called glicoprotein
top of the mouth
is smooth because
doesn’t has teeth
has a big scale and
classified in sikloid
scalethe part of the eyes
has membrane
nikitans to protect
when its swim
Characteristic
Cor

• Atrium
• Ventrikel
• Bulbus

Vasa

• Vena
CIRCULATION SYSTEM
MECHANISM
• The cor of gold fish (Cyprinus carpio) consist of two
part, there are atrium which received the blood from
sinus venosus and one ventricle that pump the blood
from conus arteriosus.
• From the conus, the blood continued to the ventral aorta
which ramified to be three arteri brankerial eferen then
enter to the gill.
• Then the capilaries that in the gill shaped into aortal
dorsal then the blood enter to all the body and vena
blood back to two canals into cinus venosus.
Respiration system
Gills
• Each gill consist of two sheets filament which
each of filament that full of blood vessel that will
tied the oxygen also as the extrication of
carbondioxide. In filament there is an organ like
comb that function hold the food and the solid
things that enter when respiration
.
• The mechanism is oxygen from the water enter to
the gill then oxygen tied by blood capiler to bring
to tissues that needed. The last is carbondioxide
from the tissue will brought by blood to the gill
and the release by body.
MECHANISM
Reproduction
system
Pair
gonad
• Cleavage of the gold fish (Cyprinus carpio)
happened outside the body.
• A fish has separate sex where the fish male has
a couple of testicula when in the breeding
moment. Through the vas deferens the gonade
bring out through porus urogenitalis. While in
female fish, the gonade bring out through the
oviduct then out through porus urogenitalis.
MECHANISM
• The function of the nervous system is
integration, achieved by controlling the fish
organs and its connections with the outside
environment.
• The nervous system is divided into two parts,
the cerebrospinal system comprising brain,
spinal cord, ganglia, cranial and spinal nerves;
and the autonomous or vegetative system
formedby ganglia,sympathetic and
parasympathetic nerves.
NERVOUS SYSTEM
Mechanism
• The fish accept signal from the environmet,
then the signal form impuls is transmitted to
brain. Respons from brain show as action.
• Nervous system transmitted electric natural
and travel fast.
HOMEOSTATIS OF FISH
• Most fish are poikilotermic, which means their body
temperature changes with ambient temperature. In this
case, it refers to the temperature of the wateraround
them. Poikiloterm fish control this by movinf from
colder water to warmer water. An exampleof this is
when a fish moves to the bottom of a pond when the
top of the pond is frozen over.
• Fish are cold-blooded creatures, and most of them
cannot control their internal temperature like humans.
Some fish have additional mechanisme to keep a
healthy temperature.
• Fish create heat from metabolic activity metabolic.
Metabolic activity includes breaking down food and
movement.
• The function of pectoral fin is to doing
movement go forward, to side and staying.
• The function of pelvis fin is stabilizing fish
body while swimming and it help to fix fish
body at certain depth.
• The function of anal fin is same with pelvis
fin.
• The function of dorsal fin is to balance of
body fish.
• The function of caudal fin is main driver
when fish swimming.
SPINA
• The function of spina is shaped body fish and
keeping own self from predator.
• Spina of neuralis is bulge that tapers toward
the dorsal. Spina of haemalis is bulge that
tapers toward the ventral.
