compensatory off , additional payments and deductions and ESI/ PF number, etc.
 Withdrawn employees Full and final settlement processing.
 Handling employee’s salary related queries and solving the issues in time.
DATABASE MANAGRMRNT AND MEDICLAIM:
 Experienced in employee ID creation in SAP, and maintaining Employee data base in SAP- Employees
personal details, education details, family details, ESI/PF/Gratuity nominations, address, etc.
 Involved in employees conformation, promotion, and termination details updating in SAP.
 Handling left employees PF withdrawal and transfer process
 Handling employee’s mediclaim, insurance, mediclaim queries and arranging the employees’ mediclaim
reimbursement claim amount etc.

Screening and Short listing:
 Candidate sourcing by extensively using the Internet (Resume and Job Posting sites/search engines),
Internal Databases, Career Fairs, Cold Calling, Referrals and
 Short listing of right qualitative profile against the given requirements
 Interview scheduling (Trainees & Managerial positions), coordinating the written test.
 Conducting Preliminary Interviews/Screening of candidates both in person and over the phone.
 Negotiating the salary and terms of employment.
 Document collection and verification and Follow up with the selected candidates until they join.
On boarding and Induction:
 Conducting Induction/Orientation Programme for new joinees.
 Identifying and establishing trainings needs of various departments.
 Planning and scheduling a monthly induction schedule and inform managers and getting the trainers
