Around 10 years of end to end recruitment experience -started my professional career as an IT Recruitment Specialist; after
spending couple of years in domestic recruitment process I have joined Capgemini as a consultant in Global Talent Acquisition
tower. Currently I am associated with Arminus Software as Team Lead, Recruitment Division, Kolkata.

Key Responsibilities:
 Managing a team of 5-6 recruiters.
 Responsible to handle clients independently in regards to co ordination, follow up and service delivery.
 Proficient in using ATS – TalentNow. Maintain real-time candidate status update, search profiles from internal
database, report preparation etc.
 Scanning job portals for profiles from Monster, Naukri, TimesJobs, Shine etc.
 Performing a first-level screening and short-listing resumes after validating against the required job specifications.
 RPO experience – deputed on client place to boost up high volume requirement.

A part of GTAC (Global Talent Acquisition Center) in HRO, currently involved into NL HR Recruitment services with following job
responsibilities.
Specialized in-
 Sourcing and Screening-
 Active sourcing- sourcing profiles from various job boards, job posting, search string creation.
 Passive sourcing- mainly it is the Social Media Sourcing, mostly used LinkedIn and other social media like-
Google, Tweeter, Facebook etc.
 First level of screening is performed and selected profiles are sent to the specific recruiter.
 ATS Management-
 Candidate profile creation in ATS (iGrasp), CV and additional documents upload, tagging to the specific job
vacancy.
 Time to time status change on behalf of request, inform onshore counterpart regarding updates.
 Different types of weekly/monthly/Quarterly reports are pulled from iGrasp. Raw reports are analyzed and
the final reports are prepared in the specific format. Quality and TAT are maintained to deliver reports.
 Quality Management- SPOC of NL Rec Ops team for QMS (Quality Management System), ISMS (Information Security
Management System) and BCMS (Business Continuity Management System).
 Preparation and maintenance of all process related documents e.g. SOP/DTP, MOM, Training plan etc as per
current quality standards (ISO 9001:2008).
 tRoom management- month on month documents upload, check/update in the trooms.
 Audit- taking part in monthly audit, cross location audit and external audit.
Responsibilities:
 Nordics (Denmark) HR Shared Services- I was engaged into Nordics HR Shared Services for 9 months to support
Denmark Sogeti for their technical hiring.
Job responsibilities-
 Sourcing technical profiles mostly by passive channels (i.e. Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, tweeter etc.) and by
active channels (i.e. available job boards).
 Being the LSA (Local Service Administrator-Lumesse) for the ATS (Talentlink)- to provide required customized
access to the hiring managers, to activate/deactivate user account, coordination with Lumesse technical team
members etc.
 Conducted trainingprogramfor the hiringmanagers regardingTalentlink usage, also do vacancy management,
candidate status update and report preparation.
 North America Recruitment Operations- I have started working with NA Rec Ops team to help them in their
operational activities for 18 months.
Job Responsibilities-
 Vacancy management- New job creation and post in the ATS- Taleo. As per the AAP (Affirmative Action Plan)
regulations job vacancies are posted and managed in different websites of 14 states’.
 Evidence Management- to keep track of all the vacancies which are posted if the different websites of the
states. All the evidences are kept in the specific place (troom/shared drive) in proper order for future use.
 Audit Management- take part in Yearly Client Audit in regards to evidences and reports.
Projects:
 GPM (Global Process Model) Recruitment (April 2011 – June 2011)-
Joined as a team member of GPM Recruitment project-especially responsible to showcase the Recruitment Processes
for Netherlands HR Recruitment Services. Prepared all the process flow maps in MS Visio, joined in all the regular
discussion/brainstormingsession, and analyzed the Gaps in comparison to the other geographies – UK, NA, Nordics etc.
Finally recommendations for the best practices have been identified and prepared the proposal for the upcoming
projects.
 Spain Sourcing Pilot (November 2011 – December 2011)-
I was the part of sourcing pilot project for Spain. Achieved good appreciation in regards to- sourcing profiles via
different passive channels (e.g.-LinkedIn, Google, Other websites) and also from Spanish Job Boards, delivered a good
number of relevant profiles within a stipulated time period.

 Retrieving resumes from internal database.
