1- Handle Cars and Personal Loans in addition to all the employees Letters.
2- Monitoring all the process of Transfer Sponsorships within our company in
addition to some other duties.
3- Prepare all recruitment Documents.(Job Offers, Contracts, Joining Reports,
Application for Employment, Hiring Form, Interview Assessment Form).
4- Conduct the initial Interview with the candidates.in addition to schedule all
Interviews.
5- Contact with our agencies in different countries to provide skilled candidates.
6- Handle all process of Training Department. In addition coop-training
program.
7- Enrollment for all employees in SAP system, create a position cods, calculate
the vacations, loans, business trips, over time and controlling the attendance
sheet weekly.
8- Handle the company account in LinkedIn (Sourcing, Screening, and
Evaluating).
9- Update Job Descriptions.
