monitoring with Two Executive.

Reporting: Director
Company Profile Employees Strength 800 manufacturing of CFLs, Blasts etc. company having two units one in
Faridabad and another in Haridwar.
Work Areas as on date:
Human Resource:
 Co-ordinate with the consultant about recruitment. Liasioning with concerned HOD and candidates for
the final interview. Communication with prospective candidate at the entire stages (Pre interview, post
interview). Co-ordinate in Manpower Planning and Suggestion. Completion of joining formalities.
Induction of new employees Maintain records of employee rewards & recognition. Absenteeism reports,
resigned data. Fair knowledge of employees records keeping. Maintain employee record which contains
their personal data, DOJ, salary break up etc.
 Co-ordinate and conduct Training & Development program. Preparing training calendar. Maintains HR
documentation (Review of Competency requirement, preparing yearly training plan, devising training
and maintaining employees' training history records. Keeping records of employee database. Updating
the records of training programs, Conduct training for plant.
 Co-ordination in performance appraisal of the employees with HOD increment/Promotion etc.
 Responsible for Employee’s Engagement Activities. Responsible of All types of correspondence related
to employee (Offer letter, Appointment Letter, Confirmation letter, Transfer letter, Increment letter,
Appreciation letter, Disciplinary letter).
 Introduced various HR concepts for Employee’s Motivation (Birthday Wishes, Marriage Wishes,
Promotion and Wishes, Annual Attendance Awards, Employee of the month Award with appreciation
letter, other Activities).
Payroll & General Administration Activities:
 Salary & Wages Administration (Incentive, Arrear, Full & Final settlement, Time Office Functions
like daily manpower monitoring, Maintaining monthly registers- attendance registers/leave
registers/advance registers/muster roll/overtime etc.
Statutory Compliances
 Liasioning with various Govt. & Statutory Authorities & their Inspections such as PF, ESI, Factory Act,
Contract Labour Act, Pollution, Electricity board, Bonus, Gratuity etc.
Industrial Relations
 Initiating / conducting enquiry on disciplinary issues, attending to conciliation proceedings, Labour forum,
Public relations, Grievance handling and redressel. Legal Issues, Resignation letter, No due certificate,
Administering of Exit interview, Preparation of Full and Final Settlement and forwarding proposal to
corporate office.
General Administration
 Communication, Maintenance of own building / white washing, painting, etc., Maintenance
of Company’s movable asset , AMC of office equipment, Housekeeping, Security , Furniture / Fixtures –
stock and maintenance Resolving administration issues, Vendor management, Monitoring & Maintenance
of Company Vehicles, Office Equipments.
Employee welfare
 Preparation of list of eligible candidates for shoes and uniform, Distribution of Shoes and Uniforms,
Providing PPEs, Providing Drinking Water etc.
Employees Safety
 Installation of Fire Extinguishers, Fire hydrant system, obtaining fire license from the authority, Providing
Safety, First Aid and Fire-fighting training to employees, forming safety committee, Conducting periodical
safety awareness program, Conducting Safety Day celebration, Accident coordination – providing medical
treatment etc., Assessing the cause of accident with HODs and reporting to Corporate HRD, Intimating to
Insurance office & Proposal of Insurance claim.
Professional Qualification:
LLB from Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar University in the year 2010-2013.
Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Maharishi Dyanand University Rohtak in the year 2008 – 2010.
