Downloading the monthly attendance data through Smart Engine software and Leave
Application data through HRIS
Monitoring on attendance and ensuring proper leave applications are there in HRIS by all

Sending warning mails for attendance defaulters
Coordination with Mediclaim Company for Mediclaim reimbursements of employees
