The Hydraulic Pressure Test Bench is used for testing of tube assembly of Maximum length 3965 mm. System can generate hydraulic pressure up to 500 bar. Air Driven High pressure pumps are used to generate high pressure, 6 bar air drive is required to operate the pump & control valves. Low pressure Pump is used for filling of water in test tube, it required single phase 230 V, 15 Amp Power. It is automatically controlled by PLC & HMI.
