Job Responsibilities: 
1) Marketing and Brand Activities :- 
 Plan and Execution of Marketing Strategy to achieve the designated brand objectives. 
 Plan and Execution of Monthly Promotional Calender and Yearly Marketing Calender. 
 Promotions (Space negotiation with retailers and Special Offer’s for Customer’s) by doing 
Instore /Mall Animations and Seasonal offers (Gifting Ideas , Hampers and Gift Voucher’s). 
 Plan and Execution of Product Launches and Reboost the current product on catalogue. 
 Co-ordinating with Media Agency for Press Release, Photo Shoots , Special Events and Buying 
Advertisement in Magazine. 
 Co-ordinate with Suppliers for all Above the line and Below the line activity. 
 Monitor and Follow up of New Stores opening aligning the Base Stocks , Merchandising and 
Project status 
2) Visual Merchandising :- 
 Visual Merchandising of Counters: Visibility (Branding), Maintenance, New visuals, 
development of POSM materials (Leaflet , Emailers , Makeup Voucher etc) and Promotional 
Setups.
 Co-ordinating with Graphic and Web designers for Advertisement Layouts and Brand Visual 
Layout and ensure them to follow as per the merchandising and communication guidelines. 
3) Commercial and Financial:- 
 Retain and expand distribution of customer database. 
 Monitor and Analyze Sell out data and prepare brand forecast orders. 
 Solve the commercial problems like (goods to be returned, chunning the stocks across the chains 
and customer issue). 
 Implementation of setting base stocks for Full Line Counter (3 Axe). 
 Purchase and manage the purchasing budget 
 Maintain and track the all marketing expenses and ensure timely vendor payments. 
 Work on brand A & P Report. 
 Allocation & Distribution of POS Materials & GWP’s. 
 Induction Training to New Counter Staff. 
 Ensure all marketing expenses to spend with in the budget.
