 Collection of income against achievable targets.
 Daily allocations of payments to tenants accounts.
 Monthly Individual target set on allocated portfolio –Proactive stance
taken to assist with collection of monies due and resolution of disputed
billing.
 Deposits to be collected.
 Ensure good relationships developed with both internal and external
customers.
 All arrears reconciled and followed up each month plus tenant contact
records maintained each month
 Reconciliation of tenant accounts so that queries are resolved.
 Monthly management reports produced.
 Attend monthly team meetings where reports are tabled at the owner’s
meeting.
 An accurate quarterly bad debt provision produced.
3.) Adhere to Approved Bad Debt Management Policies
 Management and relevant personnel to be alerted to problematic
accounts promptly.
 Regular follow up with attorneys to ensure progress on each legal matter.
Proactively ensures own knowledge of legal process is maintained in
order to check that appropriate and timeous action is taking place.
 Trial attendance and accurate evidence
 Proactively develops knowledge of Acts governing daily credit
management activities and ensures compliance with same.
 Regular monthly follow up to ensure consistent progress made by
teams/HO personnel to resolve and correct billing.
4.) Reconciliation of Deposits held to GL/Sub Ledger Monthly
 Assist Bookkeepers with reconciliation of Deposits to GL/Sub Ledger.
