Monthly Individual target set on allocated portfolio –Proactive stance
taken to assist with collection of monies due and resolution of disputed

Reconciliation of tenant accounts so that queries are resolved.

Attend monthly team meetings where reports are tabled at the owner’s

An accurate quarterly bad debt provision produced.
3.) Adhere to Approved Bad Debt Management Policies
Management and relevant personnel to be alerted to problematic
accounts promptly.
Regular follow up with attorneys to ensure progress on each legal matter.
