            •    Merchandising: Ensure that the staffs comply with “Basic Merchandising Manual” and all
                 merchandising activities in the store reflect the needs of the trading period.

            •    Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that the customer needs are met satisfactorily through trained staff,
                 customer service initiatives & timely product/service delivery
•   Staff Development: Keeping track of store achievements against set objectives. Monitoring the
