Duties & responsibilities:
- To exceed and deliver the annual forecasted budget by finding ideas to maximize the sales.
- Drive the Distribution in order to increase the market share (numeric and weighted).
- Building effective team through recruiting, coaching & training the most effective individuals.
- Conducting and implementing the contracts with the consumers.
- Building a good relationship with the key person in each account.
- Preparing and implementing the events of the marketing calendar in each account.
- Follow the sales team as well as the merchandising team through their KPI’s.
- Insure the visibility and the share of the planograms and the visual elements that support the products.
- Monitor & collect the compotator’s activities in order to be having the advance and advantage action
in the market.
