 Achieve sales and profit targets for the assigned geographies.
 Managing a team of 3 Product Specialists and one sales man
 Accountability and control of the annual Investments and Budgets to ensure expenditure is line with
the business plan
 Managing different business model across the UAE
 Monitor and control the direct operation in UAE in term of Pricing, profitability, Collection, Supply,
Stock management, Logistics and compliance while working with the concerned stakeholders
