 Send department wise appraisal sheet along with Performance Management forms for each
employee to Departmental Heads. .
 Coordinate with HODs for appraisal guideline approved by MD/CEO & meeting the deadline.
 Review appraisal results, discuss promotions with Head of HR, and take necessary approvals

Coordination with head hunters
Shortlisting of candidates
Delivering and negotiating offers with candidates
Managing employee relation and new employee’s orientation.
 Monitor & Supervise Employee Separation Process
 Conduct exit Interview of employee
 Preparation of Final Settlement Summary
Work out leave status
Make sure for company asset retrieval
Computation of Gratuity fund & Provident fund for settlement
 Efficiently handling HRMS for all HR processes
 Deal with Company Car working according to company car policy and issue necessary letters.
 Carry out Bonus Computations with employee performance management reviews and the
Company's payout strategy.
 Monitor & Supervise employee Verification process.
