 Handling inspection under Factories Act, PF and ESI and under various Labour Acts.
 PF, ESI and Labour welfare fund return under Labour welfare Act
 Handling day to day Training & Development Programme.

 Handling day to day Time office activities i.e. Daily Manpower Report, Leave updating,
OD, C-Off, OT, Attendance etc.
 Handling Pay Roll and Punching System & generating muster roll.
 Handling contractual labour and maintain their records as per statutory requirement.
 Recruitment of contractual Manpower as per Requirement
 Handling day to day grievance pertaining to contractual employees salary, attendance
etc.
 Dept. /Line wise Manpower planning & daily MIS.
 MIS report related to manpower costing, daily reports related to absenteeism, working
days and making formats for daily routing works.
 Leave traveling allowance, Medical Reimbursement, Leave Encashment record, Bonus,
full and final settlement.
 Introduction of various HR Initiatives/activities related to employees motivation &
empowerment i.e. Birthday Celebration of Employees, Marriage anniversary wishes,
Welcome message for new joinees, Attendance Awards, Long Service/Association
