ARECO (African Real estate Corporation Ltd.) is a leading Construction and Real Estate Company based in
Dar-es-Salaam Tanzania. ARECO has constructed a number of housing and commercial projects in East
Africa. Currently, it is constructing a mega Housing project; Dege Eco village of $653 million cost comprising
of 8,000 houses and villas. Here, I am supervising a staff of 6.
Human Resource Manager (Aug-2014- Present)
Function as an HR Generalist, responsible for Payroll Administration, Benefits/Compensation, Training &
development, Recruitment/Selection and Employee Relations, reporting to General Manager.
Reduced vacancy turnaround from 45 days to 30 days.
Manage & process bi-weekly payroll of 800 employees including 300 expatriates.
