2. Process
I used photoshop to make this small
animation, I used tools such as the paint
brush, I used the paint brush to create the
sword and to put the colours in and to really
make the animation and the timeline which I
used to put the animation together, I had
around hundred slides in this animation,
although it does seem very short, I first
started out with a sword that looks like a
classic Minecraft sword, the lightning which is
in the animation was inspired by Darth
Sidious’s lightning in Star Wars.
For the part with Fire I wanted to make it
ironically look fluid like, or just smooth
enough to look good, I used the paint
brush/pencil tool to make this.
This looks like something out of Minecraft and
I do NOT want that for my Game of Thrones
piece so some things will obviously be
changed for the final product.
3. Reflection
I will include the sword style that is in this video, as I like
the shape and it’s easy enough to animate well so, I
believe it will help in the project as a whole because of
that, I will use the skills I used in this for the final
product as I will need them to make the product fluid
and realistic.
My final product will use Photoshop and will of course
have animation as I need that to make the animation in
the first place, I will also use the pencil tool for my
animation as I will need this to make the actual art for
my animation, I will also need to use the timeline tool to
make the animation all come together and for it to have
frames.
