This proposal is for a pixel animation called "Game of Pixels" that depicts a duel between Ned Stark and Jaime Lannister from Game of Thrones. The purpose is to entertain fans of the TV show and advertise both the show and a potential pixel video game. The animation will show a medieval sword fight between the two characters in a style reflecting the dark and conflictual tone of battles in Game of Thrones. The target audience is primarily male teenagers ages 14-19 who enjoy fantasy, medieval themes, and the Game of Thrones series. The animation will include some blood but no overly graphic or offensive content.

GoT Pixel Animation Proposal
1. Proposal
Working Title:
Game of Pixels
Product’s Purpose:
The purpose of this product is to bring entertainment to people who watch it, it’s also to see if you
can make something pixelated the works with Game of Thrones, this is also a product that will
advertise the actual show Game of Thrones and it will advertise my pixel game which would be
released in the real world if this were a real product.
Genre:
Medieval. Fantasy, Action, these are the common genres found in a medieval film or game.
Content
This is a pixel animation of Game of thrones, two well known characters (Ned Stark and Jaime
Lannister) will be duelling during this short animation, it will show the dark side of battle and what
fights were like back in medieval times, it would also show the conflict which is shown in the series
Game of Thrones, this is what I’m aiming for as sword fights are obviously a form of conflict so I
want people to see this.
Audience:
My audience will be teenagers within the age range of 14-19, mostly male as I don’t believe
woman like fights and sword fights as much as men (I could be wrong), It could be any social
status as it doesn’t matter if you’re poor or rich, but it would probably be for people in middle-lower
class, as long as you can afford the product it’d be fine.
Obviously I’m not just catering to these people because any fans of Game of Thrones will like this
too and so these people will enjoy watching it.
Anyone who likes fantasy or medieval themes will also enjoy this animation as it features a sword
fight which are usually connected to fantasy or medieval themes.
Legal & Ethical Considerations:
The only offensive material it will include is maybe a small amount of blood, but there won’t be
much as too much gore would take away from the actual animation.
No, it’s theirs and their parents job to make sure they don’t watch anything explicit for their age
group. If they don’t want to see something they find offensive, don’t go on the internet.
It may offend people who don’t like Game of Thrones but it really shouldn’t offend anyone as it
doesn’t have anything that would go after a certain group.
I feel that in our day and age there is no assurance that you won’t offend anyone, I won’t put any
serious offensive material in it.
Yes, I am making an animation of Game of Thrones, a popular show on HBO, it will include two
well know and liked characters.
I searched and there are no animations of Ned Stark and Jaime Lannister fighting.
