 Overall review and total familiarity of the account/agent that is assigned to

nature of the client movement, the pricing strategy and the expectations of

 Conducting daily review and follow up of operating guest files with the
branch offices and Traffic Department
 Coordinating with Quality Control and Representatives to ensure that

 Evaluating suppliers (hotels, restaurants, cruises, guides etc.) to come up

 Monitoring client feedback to establish if there is a need to re-evaluate
