CAREER OBJECTIVE
I am keen to acquire a challenging yet inspiring senior managerial position within the executive team of a reputable,
leading and renowned firm that offers its employees professional and worthwhile opportunities under a positive work
environment allowing them to successfully achieve their career goals in the interest of both parties.
I have a specialty being experienced in banking services in general and loans particularly. I consider myself as
dedicated professional with 18 years of experience in banking management and services. I have built up my cumulative
experience on a sound basis through working with one of the most leading banks in Jordan throughout my career life,
which offered me diversified field of expertise.
I have been showing the ability in demonstrating progressive experience in development and implementation of
banking business including administration, management, transactions, products, policies and procedures. Furthermore, I
have the competency of conducting financial analysis, developing business and product (secured/unsecured) along with
underwriting credits. Throughout my diversified experience, I acquired various banking management competency and
skills, among which are the organizational and time/team management skills.
I am dedicated, dynamic and able to coordinate and communicate efficiently with others.
I possess an executive responsibility and leadership towards strategic execution of the bank's credit policy, underwriting
standards, loan quality and overall credit administration. I have the tools that enabled me to possess the skills and
capabilities of good coordination, proper planning/management and problem tackling/analyzing/solving.
I am professionally capable of designing and managing portfolios up to 700 million US $ with Non-performing Loan
ratio of 2.5% considering investors risk tolerance, time frame and investment objectives, driven by the target of
maximizing the expected return while minimizing the risk through a tradeoff between both.
I head loans mortgage unit holding the responsibility of managing 5 employees.
I endeavor to be an effective and significant member of a financial company, where I can further enhance my skills and
professional capabilities as well as hopefully make an outstanding contribution to the company’s growth, prosperity and
success utilizing my specialty.

 Review and comment on all credit proposals and paperwork relating to
