Reservations Supervisor
Responsible for managing the rooms’ inventory, for both properties, consisting of a total of
450 rooms. Yield across all market segments and liaising directly with the Revenue Manager
to ensure all rates quoted optimize the revenue potential. Also assisting in the preparation of
Revenue Workbook where I assisted in forecasting based on history and future market
trends. As a Reservation Supervisor I was involved in the decision making process of the
Reservations Department, including staff recruitment and operational decisions. Daily duties
included, amongst others, checking of all reservations entered, all blocks in system and
inputting all Tour Operator Contracts. I was also the official departmental trainer for all new
recruits including foreign Student Visitors.
CORTINTHIA BEACH RESORT
Reservations Agent
Reporting to the Reservations and Revenue Manager, I was responsible for all reservations
requests and bookings for the corporate and leisure segments at the Corinthia Beach Resort.
I was also responsible for the daily Night Audit Reports, No show report and the checking of
the correspondence for following day’s arrivals. Part of my duties were also to retrieve
bookings from all extranets we have contracts with, selling the right rooms at the right price
and making sure tour operating bookings correspond to the dossier.

Front Desk Host
Employed prior to the opening of the Hotel, where I was also part in implementing and
setting up of the Front Office. General reception and cashiering duties, which include
checking in of guests, assisting them in any queries or requests they might have, telephone
answering, upselling of food and beverage and room upgrades, checking of guest folios,
balancing outlet cashouts, amongst other duties. As a front desk host I also made sure that
all guests received the highest standard of service in a most professional way.

Responsible for Managing groups of 150 students a week. My main duties where booking
their flights & Accommodation in Hotels, planning and issuing their weekly programmes ,
including excursions and evening events. Working in the post I have gained experience &

I was employed on part time basis as a Sales Person, where I was in charge of 4Brands and
had to achieve the sales target on a monthly basis. Whilst employed at Franks Perfumery I
gained excellent skills in customer care, goal setting and
monitoring of performance against targets.

 To participate with a team in concluding definite and tangible sales, generating actual
