talent development of over $7.5B business unit consisting of 850+ stores divided into five regions
employing14,000+ colleagues, throughout Texas, Mississippi, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Arkansas. Over four
years, opened up 200+ stores and entered several new markets thru strategic real estate growth. Successfully
turned around a low margin DSD drive, underperforming geography to then lead organization in profit growth
to budget four years in a row thru an intense focus on core drug store categories, creating strongest
colleague engagement in the West Division, building an energetic and empowered team and significantly

Lead an Area of 390 stores located across seven states – NH, MA, NY, CT, VT, ME, and PA generating over
$3.5B in total revenues through strong service results of 9,000+ store colleagues. Responsible for increase
market share in mature markets. Participate in various pilot programs such as Beauty 360, ACO registers,
urban store format, and others. Appointed to corporate Diversity Council by CEO.
Region Manager, Southern and Central NJ, CVS Pharmacy October 2003 – February 2007
Responsible or total store operations of 120 stores with over $1B in total revenues. Operations included profit
growth, new store growth in a mature market, talent development, improving market share while strategically
planning on how to combat new competitors, developed and executed detailed succession planning during a
type of intense pharmacist shortage in a high volume script market
