I have been fortunate in my career to have gained knowledge as well as significant experience in several industries and

the organization.
I attribute the firm foundation in the agriculture industry that has instilled dedicated work ethic, integrity, character, a
sense of giving back, and investing in growth of people. As a child growing up on a dairy in Tulare, I realized that
agriculture is more than a financial means of support. It is a lifestyle that requires commitment and dedication; it
commands passion. It is a community and a living breathing being. It becomes a part of who you are, reinforced
through involvement in 4-H and FFA. I have ensured my own child had those same experiences. While I miss my roots,
I truly enjoy my job, respect the company I work with, and have a personal investment in each of my team member, it isn’t
home. I have a deep passion and ongoing connection to the agriculture community in the Tulare/ Visalia area. My
father dedicated his entire life to the agriculture industry, my brother is an independent local hay hauler, my brother in law
is a 4th
generation local farmer. My sister is an advocate of Ag Education in Tulare. I continue to stay close to my roots
through friends, family, and volunteer work, with vendors at World Ag Expo.
