 Coordinating with business development officers, market coordinators, market managers to resolve
service related issues and rate issues with hotels.
 Coordinating with sold out team to provide alternate hotels to guests in case of unavailability of
rooms in the present hotel booked .
 Briefing guests in regards to online offers and promotions so that they can avail better discount while
making bookings.
 Processing Partial or Full cancellation of bookings on getting written approval
