Print your shift emergency reports and take cash handover.
Check your arrivals, prepare your VIP arrival folders and keys.
Ensuring that room blockings are done according to the arrival time.
Plan for in –room check in and In-car check in.
Organizing sightseeing program to the guests.
Prepare for your shift departures BTC and check any third party auth etc.
Ensure the lobby is clean at all time and maintained well.
Responsible for training the new staff.
