Duties & Responsibilities:
 Ensuring that all guest queries and requests for information are handled efficiently.
 Print your shift emergency reports and take cash handover.
 Check your arrivals, prepare your VIP arrival folders and keys.
 Ensuring that room blockings are done according to the arrival time.
 Plan for in –room check in and In-car check in.
 Organizing sightseeing program to the guests.
 Prepare for your shift departures BTC and check any third party auth etc.
 Ensure the lobby is clean at all time and maintained well.
 Responsible for training the new staff.
 Developing procedure manual for the concierge detailing all the necessary reports and process to follow.
