 Ensure all guest enquiries are handled professionally, providing callers with
comprehensive information regarding hotel services.
 Aim to gain market share and exceed all set revenue driven targets
Communicate and support the sales team on a regular basis
Study the competition market on the basis of rate on high and low demand period and dothe forecasting.
 To ensure company systems and procedures are followed
Encourage team to use effective up selling techniques wherever possible
Maintaining group tracker to analyze the businesses lost and confirmed.
Closely monitor competitive pricing and understand impact of relative pricing decisions onproperty performance.

