Music Curriculum Map2008-09
                  By the end of the year, the students in 4th Grade will have accomplished all of the following performance objectives.
                            Priority Standards                                                     Specific Performance Objectives
M04-S1C1: Singing, alone and with others, music from various genres and        PO 1. singing partner songs on pitch with an good tone quality.

M04-S1C5: Reading and notating music. Students will demonstrate proficiency    PO 2. reading/ decoding dotted half notes

M04-S2C1: Understanding the relationships among music, the arts, and other     PO 1. identifying the use/function of music from various cultures correlating
