here, I see all levels and ages of people who

Twist provides a source for people and teams
to get fitness help.
SPSC 2210 Connection Coaching- This organization is used to coach
and give dry land training to various athletes.
When I was younger and played high level
hockey, we came here as a team and
participated in strength and agility training.
The coaches/trainers would have exercises
and drills for us to complete each session.
Relating to DBSP and PAP, instructors would
look at each of our capabilities and give us
different drills that challenged us every
session. We were younger therefore we
focused on more agility rather than strength.
Starting off with basic movements in the first
few weeks moving on to more advanced as
we reached the middle of the season.
