As a Profit Center Head I am overall independently responsible for
¾ Profitability – Yes the profit is the life and butter of any business entity. Not
only profit I have to strategize to lead in the market by innovations, New
Business, Optimizations and much more.
¾ Develop and market existing projects – In this highly competitive market, to
sell and retain the customers is big challenge. I have not only to sell projects but
also to maximize profits not at the cost of quality or loosing customer
satisfaction ratios. I am in continuous look out for new projects and new ideas to
give maximum returns to our customers and offer best to ever growing market.
¾ Placing and timing for launch of projects – This is the most important activity
in any real estate company. What To Launch >Where to Launch>When to
launch at what price? This decides not only the future of the project but also the
future of the company.
¾ Branding and advertising – We have to continuously advertise the project with
the right campaign in the right type of medium to extract maximum out of the
market, both for new clients and the existing.
¾ Collection of Revenues: Continuous inflow of the revenues, least outstandings,
