I. KST Infrastructure as Vice President Marketing from June 
2013 till date 
As a Profit Center Head I am overall independently responsible for 
¾ Profitability – Yes the profit is the life and butter of any business entity. Not 
only profit I have to strategize to lead in the market by innovations, New 
Business, Optimizations and much more. 
¾ Develop and market existing projects – In this highly competitive market, to 
sell and retain the customers is big challenge. I have not only to sell projects but 
also to maximize profits not at the cost of quality or loosing customer 
satisfaction ratios. I am in continuous look out for new projects and new ideas to 
give maximum returns to our customers and offer best to ever growing market. 
¾ Placing and timing for launch of projects – This is the most important activity 
in any real estate company. What To Launch >Where to Launch>When to 
launch at what price? This decides not only the future of the project but also the 
future of the company. 
¾ Branding and advertising – We have to continuously advertise the project with 
the right campaign in the right type of medium to extract maximum out of the 
market, both for new clients and the existing. 
¾ Collection of Revenues: Continuous inflow of the revenues, least outstandings, 
decides on the smooth functioning of the organization. 
¾ Customer Handling : customers is GOD to offer best value for his money 
invested in the company and to always keep them happy is what I believe in. 
¾ Channel Sales: Channel sales comprises of up to 90% of the total sales. We are 
able to penetrate deepest and to the remotest location with the broker network. 
Not only recruitment of new business partners but keeping them happy is the 
best policy. 
¾ Recruitment: Human resources are the most integral part of any company. 
Keeping the right brains with right types of trainings and their deployment. 
¾ Legal & compliances: When you perform in the markets, no doubt you have to 
adhere to compliances and also look at the legal angle. 
II. Magnum Realtors as Vice President-Business 
Development/ Marketing & Sales from March 2011 to May 
2013. 
On joining Magnum Realtors I was given complete independent charge of Business 
development, sales and marketing team for their existing residential project in Hartola, 
District Nainital and upcoming projects. 
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
¾ Evolving and implementing entire gamut of marketing strategies for New 
Projects viz. project planning, positioning, pricing, project launch and mall 
promotion. 
¾ Conducting detailed concept-cum-feasibility studies for projects through IPC’s. 
¾ Effective and constant interaction with international and local real estate/retail 
consultants’ network for effective marketing of projects.
¾ Maintain client and product mix as per business plan. 
¾ Develop a team of priority Dealers network/consortium etc. pursuing sales of 
projects. 
¾ Real estate workshop/ seminar participation as well as interaction with business 
promotions institutions like CII, FICCI, in order to effectively network with the 
captains of the Indian retail industry. 
III. Earth Infrastructure Ltd. as Vice President-Business 
Development/ Marketing & Sales from April 2010 to Nov 
2010. 
On joining Earth Infrastructure I was given complete independent charge of Business 
development, sales and marketing team for their existing residential & commercial 
projects in Noida & Greater Noida and upcoming projects. 
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
¾ Evolving and implementing entire gamut of marketing strategies for New 
Projects viz. project planning, positioning, pricing, project launch and mall 
promotion. 
¾ Identifying new locations, new business opportunities and joint venture. 
¾ Conducting detailed concept-cum-feasibility studies for projects through IPC’s. 
¾ Effective and constant interaction with international and local real estate/retail 
consultants’ network for effective marketing of projects. 
¾ Maintain client and product mix as per business plan.

IV. Green City Buildtech Ltd. as Vice President-Marketing & 
Sales/ Land Procurement from March 2008 to May, 2009 
On joining Green City I was given complete independent charge of sales and marketing 
team for their following existing and upcoming commercial & residential Projects.

¾ Group Housing in Daruhera 
¾ Group Housing in Panipat 
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
¾ Evolving and implementing entire gamut of marketing strategies for New 
Projects viz. project planning, positioning, pricing, project launch and mall 
promotion. 
¾ Identifying new locations, new business opportunities and joint venture. 
¾ Conducting detailed concept-cum-feasibility studies for projects through IPC’s. 
¾ Lease and sale of mall space through intense customer interaction and service to 
enhance revenue flow as per budgeted plan. 
¾ Effective and constant interaction with international and local real estate/retail 
consultants’ network for effective marketing of projects. 
¾ Real estate and retail workshop/ seminar participation as well as interaction
with business promotions institutions like CII, FICCI, in order to effectively

V. Jindal Photo Ltd. as Vice President-Business Development 
/ Land Procurement) from August 2006 to January, 2008. 
On joining Jindal Group I was given complete independent charge of Land 
Procurement, Projects analysis, sale-purchase of land. 
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
¾ Identifying new locations, new business opportunities all over India. 
¾ Conducting detailed Concept cum Feasibility Studies for projects through IPC’s. 
¾ Effective and constant interaction with International and Local Real Estate/ 
Retail Consultants network for effective growth of projects. 
¾ Real estate and Retail Workshop/ Seminar participation as well as interaction 
with business promotions Institutions like CII, FICCI, in order to effectively 
network with the captains of the Indian Retail Industry. 
VI. Raheja Developers Pvt. Ltd., as Head-Marketing & Sale 
(Residential/ Commercial & Land Procurement) from 
January 2006 to August, 2006. 
Raheja Developers Pvt. Ltd. has executed a number of residential projects in Gurgaon, 
Nainital, and has of late ventured into developing Shopping Malls-cum-Multiplex in 
Gurgaon, Manesar, Panipat etc. and a Mega 5000 Acres SEZ Project in Haryana. 
On joining Raheja’s I was given complete independent charge of sales and Marketing 
team for their existing and upcoming commercial & residential Projects in Haryana. 
¾ Gurgaon - Raheja Atlantis Group Housing 
¾ Gurgaon - R Mall Shopping Mall 
¾ Manesar - Raheja Square Commercial complex 
¾ Panipat - Expo Mall Shopping Mall
