 Managing a team of 10 individuals across 50 JC.
 Creating strategic visibility plan through OOH solutions by deploying more than 500 sites and of
UNPAID to be owned by organization. These are UNPAID media option created through our own

above the paid media which we have used to create buzz.

refresh and audits.
 Responsible for designing and implementing system to track and monitor deployment of marketing
at outlets, audit and maintenance of OOH site and retails signages, tracking the effectiveness of BTL
campaign through various system.
 Responsible for handling a marketing budgets in excess of 100 crores for the state. The same to be
monitored & tracked and ensuring effective utilization across various marketing activities and
elements.
 As a senior member of the management team, involved with different business verticals in fixing
strategic marketing plans base of business objective.
 Develop long, medium, small term strategies for various communications with special focus on
deeper participation across the value chain and ensuring it reaches and effectively delivers to the last
mile.
 Planned and executed one of the largest signage drive ever with 2.5Mn sq.ft retail signages in a span
of 30 DAYS across all geographies.
