• Responsible for the sales of commercial, Residential and Plotted projects approximate value of
1200 crores.
• Projects handled at Bakeri are Bakeri City, Swareet Apartments, Serendeep Mansions (high-end
Bungalow project), plotted projects Serenity Series of PROXIMUS, Pastures & Meadows.

• Responsible for Sales at site and walk-ins at office and NRI customers.

promotion planning.
• Mall started with 10 outlets and had 39 stores, Kiosks and Restaurants by Oct. 09.
