Energy transition is complex; how can we ensure that all the parties involved work together constructively? How can we connect technical solutions with residents’ needs and wishes? What changes behaviour in an effective way? On what scale do we need to operate? In this workshop, we present the integral approach and practical toolkit developed in the Smart Energy Cities program for municipalities, grass root initiatives, technical advisors and service designers. We’ll work together on how to develop relevant insights into needs and social structures in a neighbourhood, and create scenarios, interventions and a transition roadmap.
