Operations Management: Promoted from entry level positions to staff and management positions.
• Staff Development/Training: Trained and developed inexperienced technicians and administrative
support staff into a multi cross functional staff.
• Process Improvement: Placed the highest priority on facilitating an inviting environment where
clients/customers would want to return for repeat purchases. Streamlined processes in receiving
and purchasing to reduce labor and freight expenses, lower returns, and obtain more discounts.

• Trend Analysis/Forecasting: Using XL spread sheet to maximize trend of sales and services most
popular and adjust as needed to maintain excellent CSI and Gross Profit Margins. Also tracking
older UIO'S to let sales department know of customer nearing readiness of new vehicle purchase.
• Marketing & Promotions: Perform Service clinics monthly also have specials on certain services
and parts purchases .With potential of up-sale of what the customer truly needs and advise .Also
always watching what the market bares and what the competition is doing.
• Customer Relations: Extensive experience handling a variety of different clientele through various
levels of communication, from customers, vendors, staff, faculty, distributors, publishers, and
entrepreneurs always maintaining a 90% or higher customer satisfaction index.
• Offer advanced computer skills in MS Office Suite and other applications/systems to better train
service advisors and technicians.
